A project is one business idea — or a new version of the same idea. Spend your monthly points on one project or share them across several.
Trial points last until your trial ends. Points from a paid plan and points you buy never reset at the end of the month: they stay on your balance while you use your account. After 12 months without any activity they expire — we email you 30 days before.
How Hire us works

- Every monthWith a monthly growth plan: new articles, ad improvements and a report in plain words. On Growth, the articles are also written for AI tools like ChatGPT.

Questions about our services
What is Hire us, and why does it include Max?
Our team works from your TOBIAS project: your search numbers, your forecast and the website TOBIAS made. Hire us runs on the Max plan, so you get everything in Max. The website invoice includes your first month of Max, so one month of Max comes off the website price — once per client. Hire us also includes a 60-minute call about your results and putting the website online on your hosting. The Google Ads launch is available on any plan.
Do I pay for Max on a growth plan?
No. While a growth plan runs, Max is included and not charged: Essentials is $350 a month, Growth is $650 a month, and that is all you pay. Paying 12 months upfront takes 10% off. Without a growth plan, Max is a regular monthly plan you can cancel or change.
How do you help me show up in ChatGPT and other AI tools?
We write and set up your pages so that AI tools — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google’s AI answers — can find them, understand them and are more likely to mention your business. It is part of the Growth plan, together with SEO (work that helps you show up in Google search). You may see this called GEO.
What is in the monthly report?
How often your website showed up in Google and how many people clicked, how many visited and how many sent an inquiry, what the ads cost and what each inquiry cost, what we published, and the plan for next month. At the start, we agree in writing what counts as an inquiry (for example, a call or a form), so the numbers mean the same thing to both of us.
Is the ad budget included?
No. You pay Google for your ads directly. The growth plans include managing ads that cost up to $3,000 a month. If you spend more, we give you a separate price.
Why at least 5 pages and 3 months?
TOBIAS plans your website as 5 pages, based on what your customers search for. With fewer pages, some of those searches have no page that answers them. It usually takes about 3 months before you can see in Google whether the work is paying off. After that, you can stop any month.
What do I pay outside TOBIAS?
Your domain and hosting, ≈ $150–400 a year, paid to the providers you choose, and the ad budget in Google Ads, as much as you decide. We do not charge for them and they are not part of our price. Putting the website online on your hosting is included in Hire us.
How do I pay?
Prices are in US dollars. For now, payment is taken in roubles ($1 = 100 ₽); payment in dollars is coming soon. Your plan is billed monthly in the app. You pay 50% of the one-time work before we start and the rest when it is done. The growth plan (Max included) is billed monthly, or 12 months upfront with 10% off. Extra work is $60/hour, agreed in writing first.
